Warm Fudge Filled Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 12 c butter softened
  • 13 c sugar
  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 4 - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 - 12 oz pack semi sweet mini morsels

Directions

  1. Beat butter until creamy
  2. Add 13 c sugar beat well Gradually add flour blend well
  3. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla
  4. Press into bottom and 1 12 inches up sides of 9-inch spring form pan Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy
  6. Gradually add 1 12 c sugar Add eggs one at a time beating just until yellow disappears
  7. Stir in 2 tsp vanilla
  8. Pour 12 of mixture on top of crust in spring form pan
  9. Sprinkle chocolate chips to within 34 of an inch from edge
  10. Pour in remaining batter starting out and working to middle Place on baking sheet
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
  12. Cool 1 hour and serve
