Water Chestnut Hors DOeuvre
Ingredients
- 2 c water chestnuts
- 1 to 1 12 lb bacon halved
- 1 small bottle ketchup
- 6 to 8 Tbsp sugar
- 1 small jar Gerber baby peaches
Directions
- Cut chestnuts in half wrap each with 12 strip bacon and secure with toothpick
- Put in pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Pour off fat
- Mix peaches sugar and ketchup and carefully pour over chestnuts
- Be careful not to cover picks or they become sticky
- Bake 12 hour more
- Eat or freeze
