Water Whipped Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 1 18 c shortening
- 38 c boiling water
- 1 12 Tbsp cold milk
- 3 c flour
- 1 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Put shortening in bowl
- Add boiling water and milk
- Whip with a fork until all water is absorbed and is thick and smooth mixture is formed
- Sift the flour and salt into mixture and stir quickly into a dough
- Work until smooth
- Its easier to roll between 2 sheets of wax paper
- Very easy to handle
