Watergate SaladServes 6 To 8

Ingredients

• 1 small pkg 3 oz instant pistachio pudding mix dry
• 1 8 or 9 oz carton nondairy whipped topping like Cool Whip defrost in refrigerator
• 1 16 or 20 oz can crushed pineapple drain juice
• 1 c miniature marshmallows

Directions

1. Fold dry pudding mix into the whipped topping
2. Use medium-size salad bowl
3. Add the drained pineapple
4. Add the miniature marshmallows
5. Mix well
6. Chill for 2 to 3 hours or overnight if possible
7. Serve right away
