Wedding Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 14 c water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg white
- 1 pkg white cake mix
- 1 c finely chopped nuts
- 12 c chopped semi-sweet chocolate chips
- powdered sugar
Directions
- Mix shortening water vanilla and egg white
- Mix in cake mix nuts and chips until dough holds together
- Shape dough into balls
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake in a 375 oven until almost set
- Dip tops in powdered sugar
