Wedding Crab Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat backfin well picked
- 2 large cloves garlic minced
- 1 c heavy whipping cream
- white pepper and cayenne pepper
- 2 lb cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c grated Gruyere cheese save 14 c for topping
- Tabasco
Directions
- Blend all together
- Fold in crab
- Pour into greased casserole
- Top with 14 cup Gruyere and heat until bubbly in 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes
- Yields 1 quart
- Serve with Melba toast
