Weight Watchers Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Sweet N Low
  • 12 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 c grated apple
  • 12 c raisins
  • 2 slices bread crumbled
  • 12 c dry milk
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Spoon into muffin pan sprayed with Pam
  3. Bake 20 minutes at 350
  4. Makes 6 muffins
