Weight WatcherS Garden Green Salad
Ingredients
- 2 c torn romaine lettuce
- 2 c torn fresh spinach
- 12 c sliced green onions
- 1 34 c thinly sliced cucumber about 1 medium
- 12 c thinly sliced celery
- 8 cherry tomatoes halved
- 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 12 tsp sugar
- 14 tsp dried whole oregano
- 18 tsp garlic powder
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and toss well Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in a jar
- Cover tightly and shake vigorously
- Pour over lettuce mixture and toss gently Yields 4 servings about 58 calories per 1 12-cup serving
