Weight Watchers Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 13 c nonfat dry milk
  • 23 c whole wheat flour
  • 23 c oat bran
  • 5 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz unsweetened apple sauce or banana
  • 4 Tbsp raisins

Directions

  1. Stir dry ingredients together
  2. Add eggs and vanilla
  3. Stir well
  4. Add fruit
  5. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes in greased spray with Pam tins or line with cupcake liners
