Weight Watchers Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 13 c nonfat dry milk
- 23 c whole wheat flour
- 23 c oat bran
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 8 oz unsweetened apple sauce or banana
- 4 Tbsp raisins
Directions
- Stir dry ingredients together
- Add eggs and vanilla
- Stir well
- Add fruit
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes in greased spray with Pam tins or line with cupcake liners
