Welsh Rabbit

Ingredients

• 1 12 Tbsp butter
• 1 12 Tbsp flour
• 1 12 c milk
• 1 c grated American or nippy spreading cheese
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp dry mustard
• 18 tsp paprika

Directions

1. Melt butter add flour and blend
2. Add milk and cook over low heat until thick stirring constantly
3. Add cheese and stir over low heat until melted
4. Add seasonings
5. Serve over hot toast or crackers
6. Serves 6
