Welsh Rabbit

Ingredients
- 1 12 Tbsp butter
- 1 12 Tbsp flour
- 1 12 c milk
- 1 c grated American or nippy spreading cheese
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 18 tsp paprika
Directions
- Melt butter add flour and blend
- Add milk and cook over low heat until thick stirring constantly
- Add cheese and stir over low heat until melted
- Add seasonings
- Serve over hot toast or crackers
- Serves 6
