Welsh Rarebit
Ingredients
- 1 tsp oleo
- 2 slices cheese diced
- pinch of salt
- pinch of dry mustard
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 14 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 14 c milk
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 12 tsp flour
Directions
- In top of double boiler melt oleo and cheese When smooth stir in salt mustard cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce Slowly stir in milk When smooth and hot turn off heat Quickly stir in beaten egg and flour Serve immediately over toast
