WendyS Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 34 c Jif peanut butter creamy
• 12 c Crisco
• 1 14 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 3 Tbsp milk
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 34 c flour
• 34 tsp salt
• 34 tsp baking soda

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375
2. Combine peanut butter Crisco brown sugar milk and vanilla in large bowl
3. Beat at medium speed until well blended
4. Combine flour salt and baking soda and add to creamed mixture on low speed
5. Mix until blended
6. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet
7. Flatten slightly in crisscross pattern
8. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes until light brown
9. Cool 2 minutes on sheets before putting on rack Dont sugar coat
