Western Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 lb bacon
  • 12 lb ground beef
  • 13 c diced onion
  • 28 oz can pork and beans undrained
  • 17 oz can baby limas drained and rinsed
  • 16 oz can kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 13 c barbecue sauce original Open Pit
  • 23 c ketchup
  • 12 c granulated sugar
  • 12 c brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp molasses

Directions

  1. Cook and drain excess bacon grease
  2. Cook drain and rinse ground beef
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
  4. Pour into a casserole dish prepared with Pam
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour
