Western Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 12 lb bacon
- 12 lb ground beef
- 13 c diced onion
- 28 oz can pork and beans undrained
- 17 oz can baby limas drained and rinsed
- 16 oz can kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 13 c barbecue sauce original Open Pit
- 23 c ketchup
- 12 c granulated sugar
- 12 c brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp molasses
Directions
- Cook and drain excess bacon grease
- Cook drain and rinse ground beef
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well
- Pour into a casserole dish prepared with Pam
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour
