Ingredients

  • 2 lb beef cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 8 oz bottle Catalina dressing
  • 2 c water
  • potatoes
  • carrots cut in rounds
  • onions
  • refrigerated biscuits
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • margarine

Directions

  1. Marinate meat in dressing for several hours or overnight in fridge
  2. Remove from marinade and brown meat
  3. Combine meat marinade and water in a 2 12-quart casserole
  4. Cover
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
  6. Add vegetables and continue baking for 45 minutes
  7. Place biscuits around edge of casserole brush with margarine
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 475 for 8 to 10 minutes
