Wet Burritos

Ingredients

  • 2 lb hamburg
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 5 drops Tabasco sauce
  • lettuce
  • shredded cheese
  • 8 oz can refried beans
  • 1 pkg enchilada sauce
  • 16 oz can tomato paste
  • burrito shells

Directions

  1. Brown meat
  2. Add onion tomato soup and Tabasco sauce
  3. Simmer 1 12 hours
  4. Chop lettuce
  5. Mix enchilada sauce with tomato paste and water as package instructs
  6. Heat up beans
  7. Fold into shells the meat beans and lettuce
  8. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan
  9. Top with sauce and cheese
  10. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes
