Wheat-Free Cookies

Ingredients
- 12 c brown sugar
- 12 c granulated sugar
- 12 c oleo
- 1 egg
- 1 c peanut butter
- 34 c rye flour
- 34 c rice flour
- 12 tsp soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream together brown sugar white sugar and oleo
- Add egg and peanut butter
- Beat until light
- Stir in dry ingredients and vanilla
- Roll into balls
- Press fork marks across top
- Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes
