Wheat Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 12 c unbleached flour
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 34 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp date sugar
- 12 c oil
- 1 Tbsp yeast
- 1 c water
Directions
- Mix flours
- and
- salt
- with
- 2
- tablespoons sugar
- Mix yeast with water and remaining sugar
- Stir in oil
- Mix yeast mixture with flour
- Cover and set for 1 hour at room temperature
- Spray baking
- pan
- Form rolls and place in pan
- Rise 12 hour
- Cook at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes until done
