When You CanT Decide Stuffing Or Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 c diced raw potatoes
- 34 c minced onion
- 1 c chopped celery and leaves
- 13 c melted butter
- 14 c chopped parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
Directions
- Boil potatoes
- Toss with remaining ingredients
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
- Bake in regular casserole dish or baking dish
