Whipped Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box or bought angel food cake
  • 3 or 4 half pt whipping cream
  • 1 small pkg Jell-O instant pudding French vanilla
  • 1 can crushed pineapple drained

Directions

  1. Make the cake according to box
  2. Cool
  3. With a bread knife or electric knife slice into 3 or 4 layers
  4. Whip cream until peaks form
  5. Fold in dry pudding
  6. Then fold in drained pineapple Spread between layers top and sides
  7. Refrigerate
  8. Can decorate top with mandarin orange slices
