Whipped Margarine

Ingredients

• 1 lb block regular margarine
• 1 c Mazola oil
• 1 c buttermilk

Directions

1. Let margarine set at room temperature for a while
2. Cream until soft
3. Add Mazola and whip more
4. Add buttermilk and continue beating
5. Fill 4 1-cup margarine containers or 2 large containers
