Whipping Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 12 lb butter or margarine
  • 3 c sugar
  • 6 eggs whole
  • 12 pt whipping cream do not whip
  • 3 c plain flour
  • 12 tsp vanilla
  • 12 c pecans

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs one at a time
  3. Add whipping cream and flour alternately
  4. Add nuts and vanilla
  5. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325
  6. Do not open oven for the first hour
