White And Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 12 tsp flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 lb butter
- 12 c granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 6 oz Swiss-style or imported white chocolate or 1 c white chocolate chips
Directions
- Heat oven to 325
- Combine flour baking soda and salt
- Beat butter and sugars until fluffy
- Beat in eggs and vanilla
- Beat in flour mixture until just combined
- Stir in chocolates
- Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheets
- Bake until edges brown but centers are still slightly soft 10 to 12 minutes
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before cooling on a rack
- Will yield 5 dozen cookies
