White Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb white beans
- 1 small onion
- 1 c celery
- 1 c cabbage
- 10 oz can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 qt chicken broth
- chopped cooked ham
Directions
- Soak beans overnight
- Cook in chicken broth until soft
- Chop onion celery cabbage and garlic
- Cook in small amount of oil until soft
- Add to beans
- Add ham salt and pepper to taste Cook on low for 30 minutes
