Ingredients

• 12 c butter
• 1 c sugar
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 egg whites
• 23 c milk
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp salt

Directions

1. In a bowl cream butter with sugar
2. Alternately add the milk and dry ingredients
3. In separate bowl beat egg whites until light then fold into mixture
4. Stir in vanilla
5. Place in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan and bake in a 350 oven for 45 to 50 minutes
