- milk
- finely chopped jalapeno peppers

- Cube cheese and put in a saucepan Over medium - low heat add just enough milk to melt the cheese to the desired consistency stirring constantly so cheese doesnt burn Blend in finely chopped jalapenos to taste Leftovers may be refrigerated and reheated on the stovetop by adding a little milk and stirring over medium - low heat
