White Chili

Ingredients
- 2 12 c water
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- 4 chicken breast halves
- olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c onions
- 2 pkg 9 oz each frozen white corn in a pouch thawed
- 4 4 oz cans diced green chilies not drained
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 to 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 15 oz cans Great Northern beans undrained
Directions
- Mix water 1 teaspoon lemon pepper and cumin seed in a large saucepan heat to a boil
- Add chicken breast halves reduce heat to low cover and simmer until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear 20 to 28 minutes
- Remove chicken from bones cut into 1-inch pieces
- Return chicken to saucepan
