White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 c margarine
• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c nuts pignon nuts
• 1 12 oz pkg white chocolate chips

Directions

1. Combine flour salt and soda
2. Cream the butter and sugar Beat in egg and vanilla Stir in nuts and chips dough is stiff Make small balls and flatten either with fingers or fork
3. Bake at 350 about 13 minutes or until golden in color Do not overbake They will start to flatten out a little
