White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 12 c plain flour
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 2 sticks margarine soft
• 12 c light brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 14 tsp salt
• 12 c sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 c 12 oz white chocolate chips or white chocolate that was a solid piece and broken into small chunks
• 1 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. In separate bowl combine flour baking powder and salt
2. Set aside
3. In mixer bowl cream margarine and both sugars until smooth about 3 minutes
4. Add vanilla and eggs
5. Beat until light and fluffy
6. Add flour mixture
7. Hand-stir in the chocolate chips and nuts
8. Blend well
