White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 12 c granulated sugar
  • 2 14 c cake flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 c white chocolate chunks or pieces
  • 1 c roasted Macadamia nuts halved

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Cream butter add eggs
  3. Beat well into creamed butter
  4. Add vanilla
  5. Add sugars beat well Combine flour salt and baking soda stir into butter-sugar mixture until evenly distributed then add white chocolate
  6. Stir in nuts
  7. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets
  8. Bake for about 11 minutes
  9. After removing from oven let sit a minute or so before removing to racks to cool
