White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c brown sugar
- 12 c granulated sugar
- 2 14 c cake flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 c white chocolate chunks or pieces
- 1 c roasted Macadamia nuts halved
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Cream butter add eggs
- Beat well into creamed butter
- Add vanilla
- Add sugars beat well Combine flour salt and baking soda stir into butter-sugar mixture until evenly distributed then add white chocolate
- Stir in nuts
- Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets
- Bake for about 11 minutes
- After removing from oven let sit a minute or so before removing to racks to cool
