White Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Ingredients

• 1 pound white chocolate
• 2 cups roasted peanuts
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Melt white chocolate in double boiler
2. Add vanilla and stir - add peanuts and mix well
3. Drop on cookie sheet lined with wax paper
4. Let cool until firm
5. Store in cool place
6. Yield 2 - 3 dozen
