White Christmas Candy

Ingredients
- 2 lb white chocolate or confectioners coating
- 12 lb candy canes or peppermint candies crushed
Directions
- Melt chocolate over mediumlow heat stirring until smooth Remove from the heat stir in candy
- Spread on parchment paper-lined cookie sheetsRefrigerate for 8 to 10 minutes Break into small pieces store in airtight containers
