Ingredients

  • 2 lb white chocolate
  • 12 lb red and green peppermint crunch or crushed candy canes or peppermint candies

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate over medium-low heat stirring until smooth Remove from heat Stir in peppermint crunch
  2. Spread on parchment paper lined cookie sheets
  3. Chill in refrigerator 8 to 10 minutes Break into small pieces
  4. Store in airtight containers
  5. Makes 2 12 pounds of candy
