White Clam Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 c minced clams
- 2 c clam juice
- 1 c dry Vermouth
- 12 c chopped parsley
- 12 c butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp basil leaves
- 1 c chopped onion
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic or 12 tsp minced garlic
- fresh ground pepper
- angel hair pasta 1 lb
Directions
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven saute onion garlic and parsley in melted butter until onion is almost tender add clams clam broth salt basil and pepper
- Boil one minute
- Cook pasta and serve with clam sauce
