White Conch Chowder

Ingredients
- 2 large conch mantle included pounded
- 2 slices bacon chopped
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 potatoes chopped
- 2 carrots sliced
- 3 c water
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- pinch cayenne pepper
- pinch rosemary
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 1 can 6 oz evaporated milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Pound and dice conch
- Fry bacon saute onions add conch and all other ingredients except the milk
- Simmer for one hour add milk and heat
