White Cookies - Pink Icing

Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1 heaping c Crisco
- 1 tsp salt
- vanilla
- 1 c buttermilk
- 2 tsp soda
- 3 tsp baking powder mix with first added flour
- 6 12 c sifted flour
Directions
- Cream together sugar and Crisco
- Add salt and vanilla
- Mix and add to buttermilk soda baking powder and flour add gradually
- Cool dough in refrigerator before rolling and cutting with cookie cutter
- Bake at 375 for approximately 8 minutes
