White Fruit Cake

Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 12 lb butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 34 c all-purpose flour
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 34 lb candied cherries
- 1 lb candied pineapple
- 4 c shelled pecans
- 12 oz vanilla extract
- 12 oz lemon extract
- 1 small pkg almond slices
- 12 c raisins
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- Add well beaten eggs and blend well
- Chop nuts and fruit in medium size pieces
- Mix with some flour
- Sift remaining flour and baking powder together and fold into the butter and egg mixture
- Add flavorings mix well Add fruit and nuts mix well
- Pour into greased paper lined tube pan
- Place in cold oven and bake at 250 for 3 hours
- Cool in pan on rack
