White Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 12 c whipping cream
- 12 c milk
- 1 Tbsp Karo syrup white
- dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 12 to 1 c pecans
Directions
- Cook the first 5 ingredients to a soft ball stage
- Let cool to lukewarm
- Add the remaining ingredients beat until smooth
