White Icing
Ingredients
- 3 c sugar
- 14 c syrup
- 12 c water
- 4 egg whites
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 12 tsp cream of tartar
Directions
- Bring sugar syrup and water to a boil until spins a thread Remove from heat and add cream of tartar
- Pour over egg whites beaten and beat
- Add powdered sugar
- This is enough for two cakes
