White Mountain Frosting

Ingredients
- 23 c sugar
- 2 23 Tbsp water
- 13 c light corn syrup
- 3 egg whites
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix in saucepan and keep covered first 3 minutes then cook to 242 on thermometer
- Beat 13 cup or 3 egg whites until stiff while syrup is cooking
- Pour syrup slowly over whites and add 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
