White Mountain Frosting

Ingredients

  • 23 c sugar
  • 2 23 Tbsp water
  • 13 c light corn syrup
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix in saucepan and keep covered first 3 minutes then cook to 242 on thermometer
  2. Beat 13 cup or 3 egg whites until stiff while syrup is cooking
  3. Pour syrup slowly over whites and add 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
