White Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c mashed white potatoes
• 2 eggs well beaten
• 34 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 13 c milk
• pinch of salt

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well
2. Pour into 8-inch pie shell
3. Bake in preheated oven at 400 for 30 minutes
