White SauceSalsa Balsamella

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 12 c flour
- 14 tsp salt to taste
- 18 tsp white pepper
- 2 12 c milk room temperature
Directions
- In saucepan melt
- butter
- When
- butter foams stir in flour salt and pepper
- Cook and stir 2 minutes until mixture bubbles Add milk all at once
- Stir constantly while mixture thickens Makes 2 12 cups sauce
