Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 12 c warm water
- 12 c brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 14 c shortening
- 2 14 c warm water
- 6 or 7 c Gold Medal flour wheat
- soft butter
Directions
- Mix together water and yeast
- Add other ingredients
- Knead for 10 minutes
- Shape cover and let rise 1 hour in a warm place in a well-greased bowl
- Punch down place in greased loaf pan Let rise 1 hour and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 375
