Whole Wheat Cottage Cheese Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 c whole wheat flour
- 1 34 c white flour unbleached
- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 1 12 c cream-style cottage cheese
- 12 c water
- 14 c packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp margarine or oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Thoroughly stir together 1 12 cups flour salt yeast and soda
- Heat together cottage cheese water sugar and butter or oil and cook just until warm stirring constantly to melt oil or margarine
- Add to dry mixture add eggs
- Beat at low speed or by hand for 3 minutes or enough to make a stiff dough
- On floured surface knead until smooth 8 to 10 minutes
