Whole Wheat Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 pkg yeast
- 12 c water
- 1 34 c milk scalded
- 12 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp shortening
- 4 c stirred whole wheat flour
- 3 c all purpose flour
- 2 eggs beaten
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water
- Combine milk sugar salt shortening and cool to lukewarm
- Add 1 cup of each flour and beat well
- Add yeast mixture and eggs stir in remaining flour 1 cup at a time until you can make a soft dough
- Place in greased bowl turning once to grease surface cover place in refrigerator
