Whole Wheat Sandwiches With Olive Filling
Ingredients
- 12 c slivered almonds or pecans
- 1 4 12 oz can chopped ripe olives
- mayonnaise as needed for consistency
- about 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- seasoned salt to taste
- lemon juice to taste
- 2 or 3 tsp salad dressing optional
- 1 loaf whole wheat sandwich bread
Directions
- Chop almonds until fine combine with other ingredients
- Trim crust from bread
- Spread one slice with filling
- Top with another slice of bread cut into finger sandwiches
- Yields 32 sandwiches
