Wiener And Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 3 Tbsp chopped onion
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c milk
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 5 c potatoes
- 1 lb wieners
Directions
- Melt butter and mix in next 4 ingredients
- Add both milks Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute or until thick
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes
- Boil potatoes and cut in cubes place in casserole dish
- Cut up wieners and add to potatoes mix in sauce
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
