Ingredients

  • 4 well-beaten veal cutlets
  • 4 slices Gruyere cheese
  • 13 c butter
  • 1 tsp grated cheese
  • bread crumbs
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • flour
  • 1 beaten egg

Directions

  1. Sprinkle veal with lemon juice salt pepper and grated cheese
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes
  3. Then roll in flour egg and breadcrumbs
  4. Fry on one side in hot butter
  5. Turn
