Wild Duck

Ingredients
- dressed ducks
- 12 stick butter per duck
- 14 c Port wine per duck
Directions
- Brown dressed ducks in butter
- Remove duck and make water flour salt and pepper gravy from butter
- Add wine to gravy Place ducks in roaster breast down
- Cover with gravy
- Cover roaster and cook in very slow oven at 200 for at least 4 hours Check often and add more water wine and seasonings if necessary Serve with wild rice
