Wild Rice And Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 onions sliced
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 6 oz can broiled mushrooms
- 1 beef or chicken bouillon cube
- 1 c boiling water
Directions
- Saute onion slowly in butter
- Smooth in flour and brown
- Add bouillon cube dissolved in boiling water and juice from can of mushrooms
- Let simmer for about 5 minutes
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until heated through
- Serve over wild rice
- Makes 4 servings
