Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
- 13 c uncooked wild rice
- 4 c chicken broth
- 12 c diced celery
- 12 c chopped green pepper
- 13 c butter
- 12 c flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp curry
- 1 Tbsp pimento
- 34 c half and half
- 14 c diced onion
- 1 small carrot
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 14 c sliced mushrooms
- 14 tsp white pepper
Directions
- Rinse rice with cold water drain
- Cook rice in chicken broth until tender
- Saute celery green pepper onion mushrooms carrot and garlic in butter until tender
- Add flour and cook 1 to 2 minutes stirring constantly
- Add broth rice salt pepper curry and pimento
