Wild Rice Supreme

Ingredients
- 1 c uncooked wild rice
- 4 c water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 1 c chopped onion
- 12 c chopped celery
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1 10 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Combine rice water and salt in pan with lid
- Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes
- Drain well
- In a skillet cook sliced mushrooms chopped onions and celery in butter until tender
- Stir together mushroom soup and whipping cream
- Stir in vegetables and cooked rice
- Bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes
